The  Jammies  formed  in May 2003.  As our name suggests, we enjoy ‘jamming’ or improvising with our voices –and we feel lucky to be singing together.  Our repertoire varies from pop through spirituals to original contemporary pieces, many by Yvonne Burgess, the group’s director.

JAMMIES

A community-style choir of enthusiastic singers who have been together since May 2003. We learn our parts by ear, and as our name suggests we also enjoy ‘jamming’ ~ making up our own harmonies. We hope you will join in a little bit of this.
